What is your return policy?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If the product isn't what you expected, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of receipt , as long as the product is unused and undamaged .
Please note: Personalised or customised products (such as lamps with a name, text or special design) cannot be returned , unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage upon receipt.
To register a return, simply contact us by email with your order number and reason for return. We will then send you further instructions.
Return costs are at your own expense , unless it is an error on our side.

What are the shipping costs?
Within the Netherlands, we charge a flat shipping rate. Orders with a total value over €75 are shipped free of charge.
What is the delivery time of my product?
Our standard processing time is 3 to 7 business days , depending on the product type and current orders.
The average delivery time is then 2 to 5 business days . We will, of course, keep you informed about the progress of your order.
Are the lamps safe to use?
Yes, our lamps feature energy-efficient LED lighting that doesn't get too hot. They may get a little warm, but they've been extensively tested under various conditions. They're suitable as a night light or mood lighting.
Can I choose what color light the lamp gives?
We supply warm white LED light as standard. We ensure that the color of the light changes depending on the image on the lamp.
Do the lamps come with a light source?
Yes, each lamp comes with LED lighting and a power supply (cable and plug).
Can I have my own design printed?
Absolutely! We offer custom solutions. Send us your idea or design, and we'll be happy to discuss the possibilities.
Can I incorporate a name, word or logo into a lamp?
Absolutely. We regularly design personalized name lamps or company logos in 3D with lighting. Feel free to contact us and we'll discuss the possibilities together.
What do you do with uploaded files/photos?
Your photo/file will be reviewed for quality and placement. It will then be used to create the product you've chosen. Your photo will remain in our system for 31 days and will then be automatically deleted.
How do I maintain my 3D printed lamp?
Dust the lamp with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh cleaning agents and direct sunlight.
Is PLA really environmentally friendly?
Yes. PLA is a biodegradable plastic made from natural resources like corn. It's a sustainable alternative to traditional plastics. Read more about this on our page about our use of sustainable materials and recycling .
